netAnamnese replaces the use of the history of physical forms in your clinic or hospital, enabling the creation of dynamic forms, as required by the client.
Below you can see the main facilities that the netAnamnese offers:- List of Worklist of patients;- Creating forms and dynamic questions;- Ability to add images to the form to check critical points;- Integration with your netPACS: the case histories generated are automatically integrated into patient exams, allowing both the radiologist and the technician can view them in a simple, clean and fast;- Document Management: You can scan documents of patients - such as guides, medical claims and previous exams - all from your tablet.
Documents are automatically associated with the patients medical record, helping the radiologist in preparing its report.
